In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Australian Coffee Culture, which operates this online store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

By accessing, browsing or using our Services, including placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

This Shipping Policy explains how we ship our Australian grown, ready-to-drink coffee purchased through australiancoffeeculture.com. It applies to all online orders delivered within Australia and is intended to work alongside, not instead of, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Using Our Store

1.1 Eligibility to use the Services

By using our store and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18, or using the site with permission from a parent or guardian.

1.2 Information you provide

To place an order, you’ll need to share details like your name, email, billing information and delivery address. You promise that this information is correct and up to date, and that you’re allowed to use the payment method you provide. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under that account.

2.1 Product information and appearance

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Still, colours and appearance can look different on different screens, and packaging may change over time. Small changes to design or packaging won’t affect the quality of the coffee inside. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

2.2 Placing an order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is only accepted when we confirm it and successfully process your payment.

We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if there’s a stock issue, pricing error, or suspected misuse). If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund the relevant amount back to your original payment method where possible. All purchases are for personal use, not for resale.

2.3 Shipping & returns

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy Those policies form part of these terms.

3. Pricing & payment

How we charge and how you pay

3.1 Prices

All prices on our website are shown in AUD and are subject to change.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order. Unless we say otherwise, prices exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or charges, which are calculated and shown at checkout.

3.2 Payment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • the payment details you provide are correct

  • you’re authorised to use the payment method, and

  • you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Your order will only be processed once payment is successfully completed.

4. Intellectual property & content

How you can use what you see on our site

All content on our website and store, including our brand name, logo, product names, images, graphics and copy, is owned by Australian Coffee Culture or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may browse the site and share links, but you must not copy, modify, redistribute or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Store platform & third parties

Shopify and other services behind the scene

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products. Your purchase, however, is made directly with Australian Coffee Culture, not Shopify.

We may sometimes link to or integrate third-party services (for example, payment providers or embedded content). We’re not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. You should check their terms and privacy policies if you choose to use their services.

6. Liability & consumer rights

What we're responsible for, and what the law guarantees

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide our website and online store “as is” and “as available” and do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

However, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you buy from us is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, you may be entitled for replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Which laws apply

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes may be dealt with by the courts of New South Wales.
