Australian Arabica coffee and filtered water form the foundation of our slow-steep cold brew.
Australian oat milk gives the latte its smooth, rounded character. We use Australian-produced oat paste.
Organic sunflower lecithin is an emulsifier that helps the water and plant-based milk blend together.
Organic xanthan gum is a stabiliser that helps maintain a consistent texture and mouthfeel.
Sea salt balances bitterness and brings out the coffee’s flavour.

Our Oat Latte uses Australian-grown Bourbon Arabica sourced through our direct trade partnership with Skybury Farms in North Queensland. Skybury is a family-owned farm operated by the MacLaughlin family since 1987.
We partner with Sydney-based artisan roaster Gina DiBrita, founder of Numero Uno Coffee Roasters. Gina guides the roasting of our Australian-grown coffee to develop a profile suited to cold brew.
Our Oat Latte comes in a recyclable aluminium can. Please dispose of the empty can responsibly through your local recycling or eligible container-return scheme.
